Ioannou plaza is a large scale project, consists of 3 residential buildings, the one of it accommodates shops as well. Located at the border line as you enter Germasogeia village, thus providing easy access to everyone. The plaza provides plenty of parking space for apartment owners and

characterized by straight and curved lines, thus providing a unique shape. Its location is next to Agios Athanasios roundabout.  Ioannou tower accommodates the Water Development Department of Limassol, as well as different type of offices. Most of the facade is covered with sun-proofed glass but in the same time the building is proving shadow devices in case of overheating during the summer season.

Photini court is a residential project proud of its unique and exceptional design.

The building is divided into four floors providing 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a covered veranda, two parking spaces and storage at pilotis level. The materials of the building are mainly white and black marble and fair face concrete.

Iakovos’s Court is based on the side of a hill in Germasoyeia Village. It consist of six apartments. Each apartment has an open plan living room, kitchen and two big bedrooms. The building is providing a wide yard for all the residents with barbeque and gardens. A modern exterior façade composed of black white and grey colors and cozy interiors elevate the living experience.
